New school vibes, old school alternative music playing, super fresh eats. Staff recommended avacado toast with poached egg. It was absolutely a mouth sensation that I'm already craving an hour later! This place is clean, staff very friendly and the espresso was perfection.

This is such a unique gem in Pueblo! It's the first time I've seen a restaurant with such a modern take on decor and in the food that they serve. They have Gluten Free and Vegan options as well so its a nice brunch and breakfast place for a wide variety of people. We ordered the tomato soup, an avocado toast with greens and a poached egg, a chicken salad, the ginger plum iced tea, and a cardamom Italian cream soda. Definitely want to come back and try the breakfast menu.

This is probably my favorite place to grab coffee. The lattes are always so smooth and just amazing! I live pretty far out of town but if I was closer I’d definitely be here every other day. The pastries are delicious as well, and I can never stop myself from buying one! Absolutely recommend to give it a try.
